Commitment to Safe Sport
At COBRA Swim Club, in partnership with Swim Ontario, we are deeply committed to fostering a safe, ethical, and positive environment for all participants in our programs, activities, and events.
We believe that sport should be a place where everyone—Athletes, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers, and families—feels respected, supported, and protected. All individuals registered with COBRA are expected to uphold the values we share with Swim Ontario, including:

Code of Conduct and Ethics
To ensure a welcoming and secure environment, COBRA adheres to the Swim Ontario Code of Conduct and Ethics. This framework outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all participants and provides a clear process for addressing any concerns or violations.
Any conduct that breaches Swim Ontario’s bylaws, policies, or procedures may be subject to disciplinary action. The procedure is designed to be fair, transparent, and timely, ensuring that all individuals have access to a respectful resolution process.
