PROGRAMMING PATHWAY
COBRA Swim Club, a dynamic and innovative organization, is dedicated to delivering high-performance and developmental swim programs to the youth and families of our community.
Group Placement
Training group placement is determined by the Coaching Staff based on criteria specific to each group. Key factors include:
- Commitment and performance
- Age and training capacity
- Attitude, technique, and coachability
Placement decisions are made thoughtfully to ensure the best fit for each Athlete. Athletes may not split practices between groups for convenience, location, or scheduling.
If an Athlete is not meeting the expectations of their assigned group, the Director of Competitive Programming may reassign them to a more suitable group.
